My name is Celine, and I’m a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist based in Central Clydebank. I help people all over Scotland.

I’ve spent over 20 years working in and around mental health, and that experience shapes how I work today. Alongside that, I bring my own lived experience, including grief, which has had a lasting impact on my life and my decision to become a counsellor.

This practice is named after my son, Ciaran. Losing him changed everything for me, and it’s a big part of why I chose this path.

What matters most to me is that you are seen as a person, not a label or a tickbox in a computer.

I don’t believe in putting people into categories or making assumptions about what you’re going through. Everyone’s experience is different, and I take the time to understand yours properly.

How I Work With Businesses

Alongside counselling, I offer Mental Health First Aid training for organisations and groups.

These sessions are designed to help people feel more confident recognising and responding to mental health challenges in the workplace or community.

Training can be tailored to suit your organisation, with a focus on practical understanding and real-life situations. If you’d like to find out more, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

You don’t need to come to me with the “right words” or a clear explanation of what’s going on. We will figure that out together.
